Kullanım Koşulları

Italiano, TyhaDesign Game Studio tarafından sunulan ücretsiz bir İtalyanca öğrenme hizmetidir. Hesap açarak veya hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
1. Hesabın
- Hesap açarken doğru bir e-posta adresi vermelisin; şifreni unuttuğunda tek kurtarma yolu budur.
- Şifreni korumak senin sorumluluğundadır. Başkasının hesabını kullanamazsın.
- 13 yaşından küçüksen Italiano'yu kullanmamalısın.
- Hesabını dilediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin.
2. Hizmetin içeriği
- Dersler, alıştırmalar, sınavlar ve sertifikalar kişisel öğrenme amaçlıdır. Sitedeki sertifika resmi bir dil yeterlilik belgesi değildir (ör. CILS, CELI, PLIDA yerine geçmez).
- İçeriği doğru tutmak için özen gösteriyoruz, ancak hata içerebilir. Bir hata görürsen bize yazman bizi mutlu eder.
- Sesli okuma, cihazının ses motoruyla yapılır; telaffuz kalitesi cihaza göre değişebilir.
3. Yapmaman gerekenler
- Sunucuya aşırı yük bindirmek, otomatik araçlarla toplu istek göndermek, güvenlik açığı aramak
- Başkasının hesabına girmeye çalışmak
- Ad alanında hakaret, nefret söylemi, reklam veya başkasını taklit
- Ders içeriğini izinsiz kopyalayıp başka yerde yayınlamak veya satmak
Bu kurallardan birini ihlal edersen hesabın uyarısız askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Ders metinleri, alıştırmalar, tasarım ve kod TyhaDesign Game Studio'ya aittir. Kendi öğrenmen için kullanabilir, notlarını alabilirsin.
5. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Bakım, arıza veya güncelleme nedeniyle zaman zaman erişilemeyebilir. Hizmeti kapatmamız gerekirse mümkün olduğunca önceden haber veririz.
6. Sorumluluk
Hizmetin kullanımından doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar tüketici olarak sahip olduğun yasal hakları ortadan kaldırmaz.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa giriş yaptığında bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
8. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

Italiano is a free Italian-learning service provided by TyhaDesign Game Studio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- Provide a valid email address; it is the only way to recover your password.
- Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. Do not use someone else's account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Italiano.
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.
2. The service
- Lessons, exercises, exams and certificates are for personal learning. The certificate is not an official language qualification (it does not replace CILS, CELI or PLIDA).
- We take care to keep the content accurate but it may contain mistakes; please tell us if you find one.
- Pronunciation uses your device's speech engine; quality varies by device.
3. What you must not do
- Overload the server, send automated mass requests or probe for vulnerabilities
- Try to access someone else's account
- Use insults, hate speech, advertising or impersonation in your name
- Copy and republish or sell the course content without permission
Violating these rules may lead to suspension or closure of your account without notice.
4. Intellectual property
Course texts, exercises, design and code belong to TyhaDesign Game Studio. You may use them for your own learning.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or updates. If we have to shut it down, we will give as much notice as possible.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes when you sign in. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
